|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I for one do enjoy living here. Good location, friendly and amazing staff. Would love more options for parking, at least some unload locations for groceries and such to your front door. But that would be my one and only complaint. 10 10 otherwise. Will note that the Staff is the biggest reason I plan to resign my lease again.

|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to friends or family — The area and location are near a lot of hot spots. Carlsbad Village is rather close as is the beach. The price to rent is too high but that is normal for San Diego, it is high everywhere. Assigned parking is great and for the most part, everyone respects the rules. The trash dumpster seems to get very full nearing trash pickup days and I think we could benefit from a larger or an extra dumpster, but I think that is a city issue, not an apartment issue. Not sure if you have any say in that, but every week the dumpsters are piled high like it is after Thanksgiving or X-mas. We have a good community of people just trying to get by. Many of us work all day and just want to come home to a quiet and restful place and I fell like people respect that. Occasionally there are loud youths at night revving their engines or blasting music, but I am certain they do not live here, probably just picking up or dropping off a friend. Again, that is not the fault of the apartment, but sometimes I wonder if having a gated community like the one across the street would help keep out any riff-raff. I never really had any major complaints here. I am on the top floor and walk quietly to respect neighbors downstairs. Any neighbors that I did not like or trust in our community have already been evicted some time ago. That might have been my only complaint. In the past, we have had many unsavory people living here. I understand that finding good' quality people to sign a lease can be a challenge and sometimes you have to give somebody you do not deem a good fit for our community an apartment to make a quota, but I ask that you consider my help if needed in the future. I am a Fraud Investigator and if you need me to discreetly check backgrounds and history in greater detail I would be happy to come in and hand you pages of Intel at no charge. The profiles I can find could help you determine candidates behaviors and habits, and help you turn a maybe into a confident yes or a serious no thank you . - HTC
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Apartment complex always well maintained at all times. Great location with a friendly manager who is always accommodating to any needs of the resident. Buildings are shaded so there is virtually no need for AC even in the summer it doesn't get too hot. Overall great experience living here, only moving because I am relocating to the east coast for work.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments, Amazing Location — The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. The neighbors are all very friendly, and I love that the grounds are also pet friendly. The workout room and pool area are very well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. It is in a premier area of Oceanside- right next to a vast number of retail, grocery, and food options, as well as close to the beach and mall. As all apartments do, sometimes things break down, but once I submit an IT ticket through the website which is very user friendly and great to use it is usually fixed within 48 hours My husband an I love living at Elan Paseo Vista Apartments and plan to be here for quite awhile
