Alex, the maintenance man at Paseo Vista, is amazing. He always shows up on time, facilitates resident communication with the property manager, is knowledgable and explains the nature of the repairs that he performs, is a very hard worker with a personable disposition and ends every visit with a smile. He is a great part of the team at Paseo Vista and is sure to brighten your day when you interact with him.
